I have been using Dialysis services for last 2months. I am very satisfied with the focused received from Technician, Doctor and Billing staff. Cashless Insurance facility is also available, once set-up first time, next time onwards its smooth with no waiting.
Being a new hospital, the machines are latest ones.
I had suggested them a Canteen facility for relatives attending/ visiting the patients which is also being actioned upon.
I was admitted to this hospital few days back for sudden backache and fever , and had no relative being a outsider but I must highlight and appreciate the hospital for the support and care they have provided to me during my hospital stay . From treatment to basic services all the things were quick and effective. Special thanks to Dr Atul ,Dr Annadate, Dr Nitin , Ms.siyona ,Ms. Shraddha and Ms Soumya ,nursing team and TPA team and people who use to maintain cleanliness of room .they all were so cooperative. I was admitted to this hospital due to fracture on my left hand. Unfortunately I need to undergo operation.I would like to Thank Dr. Pravin Waghmare sir for explaining me the injury and providing me the best treatment.I would definately recommend Dr Pravin sir for Orthopedics related issues.I would also like to thank Dr Aditi for making me comfortable during my operation.Special thanks to the nursing team and support staff for taking care of me during my hospital stay.
Thanks to the hospital for the support and care they have provided from treatment to basic services all were handled very effective. Thanks to TPA team (Pankaj).I must say room were very clean and they come to clean your room 4-5 times in a day.
